Rhoni Golden began her real estate career in 2019 after more than two decades as a licensed physical therapist and special needs advocate. Her background in healthcare laid the foundation for what clients now recognize as her signature strengths—empathetic listening, clear communication, and thoughtful, well-researched guidance.
That same approach has always made her the kind of person others naturally turn to. Rhoni’s friends and clients know that when life presents big decisions they can rely on her to understand their goals and concerns, and to guide them with care and clarity.
Since joining Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, Rhoni has quickly become one of the top 1% of agents across the Ebby Halliday Companies. She’s been named a D Magazine “Best” and has been featured as a Rising Star Real Producers magazine.
A Plano native who has called Lakewood home since 2002, Rhoni has built an extensive network of trusted professionals to support her clients throughout every stage of the process. Her commitment to service also extends to the community—she currently serves on the Board of Directors for Temple Emanu-El and the Autism Treatment Center, and has held leadership roles with the Callier Center for Communication Disorders and Autism Service Dogs of America.
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her cooking an elaborate meal or enjoying time with her husband and three children. Rhoni brings the same level of care and attention to her clients as she does to her family and friends—every detail matters.

A Dallas native with deep roots in the Dallas area, Kathleen combines her intimate local knowledge with years of hands-on real estate expertise to guide buyers and sellers through the market with confidence and clarity.
With a proven track record of success, Kathleen thrives on creating customized game plans tailored to each client’s unique goals—whether it’s securing the perfect family home, navigating a competitive bidding process, or maximizing the sale of a property. Rooted in relationships and driven by thoughtful strategy, she builds lasting trust while anticipating needs and delivering results at every stage of the transaction.
Before launching her real estate career, Kathleen spent 15 years in New York City as a working actor, appearing in over 40 national television, print, and digital campaigns. That experience sharpened her skills in reading people, adapting to high-pressure situations, and telling compelling stories—all of which translate powerfully into her work in real estate.
Kathleen also brings a creative eye and hands-on renovation experience, having personally designed and remodeled her own home alongside her husband. Her background in event production and design further enhances her ability to market properties with style and precision.
Now back in Dallas with her husband and daughter, Kathleen continues to fuse her creative roots with her real estate expertise—offering clients a deeply personal, results-driven approach that consistently exceeds expectations.
